How It Works
- Email us: Forward an email or write a new one with the details you want to remember.
- We’ll figure it out: Our clever system extracts the date and creates a summarized note.
- Get reminded: We’ll send you reminders at the right intervals, so you never miss a thing.

Got a deadline? Email it to us. That’s it.

We’ll find the date and create a summarized note, and send you a confirmation on when we’ll be reminding you. Easy peasy.
When we remind you
Depending on how far out the reminders are—whether months or even years—we’ll send you reminders at three different intervals, including a day before expiry. It could be 90, 30, 1 day, or 30, 15, 1, we’ll figure it out. Nothing for you to do.
Tips for Success
We use US date format (month/day/year). To avoid confusion, just write the month name like “12 May” vs “12/5”.
Keep it simple but clear:
- Flight to Miami on October 25th 2026
- Driving License Expiry 5/12/2027
- Passport Renewal end of June 2029
- Netflix Expiry in 60 days
- Costco renewal in 10 weeks
Yes, even relative dates work!
You can also add a tag, like #family or #work, and it’ll make it easier to find on the dashboard.
Just need the intent and deadline. Missing month or year? We’ll let you know.
When It Won’t Work
- Can’t find or figure out a date in your email
- Date’s in the past or super soon (< 8 days)
- Our robots are having a bad day (rare)
Privacy note: We don’t store your emails. Ever. We grab the date and summary, then poof - email gone.
