2. Service Description
EZNudge provides a subscription-based service offering reminder notifications for various personal and business activities. The Service is billed on an annual basis.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. Subscription and Billing
- The Service is billed on a pre-paid annual subscription basis.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscription within 7 days of the initial subscription without any charges.
- Post the initial 7-day period, the Service will continue until the next billing cycle.
6. Acceptable Use
- Users agree not to use the Service for any harmful purposes, including but not limited to spamming and sending unsolicited messages.
- Users agree not to abuse the service by creating large volumes of events with the purpose of generating a large number of notifications.
- Violations may result in immediate termination of your account without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EZNudge.
- You agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
8. Privacy
At EZNudge, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy section outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.
Information We Collect
- Email Address: The only piece of personal information we collect is your email address. We do not collect or need any other information from you. You can optionally provide a username or add information in reminder notes, but these are at your discretion and not required or shared with 3rd parties.
Use of Information
- Your email address is used solely for the purpose of providing our service, which includes providing a means for you to login and for us to send reminder notifications and important updates regarding the Service.
Data Security
- EZNudge implements industry-standard security measures to protect your login credentials and email address from unauthorized access or disclosure.
- We do not store physical addresses or credit card information.
Third-Party Services
- We do not share your email address with third-party services for marketing or any other purposes.
Account Deletion
- You may delete your account at any time by following the instructions provided in the “Account Deletion” section of the Account Settings page. When you delete your account, all of your data will be permanently deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Red Saffron LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
