Forget the hassle of setting dates and snoozes. Once you pick a date, we automatically schedule the requisite number of reminders based on criticality and how far in the future it is. You will receive reminders six months, one month, and then leading up to the day of the event.
Set defaults on your account page, and customize them on a per-reminder basis. We will remind you and, optionally, your contacts via email (with SMS coming soon as an add-on). No high-tech apps are needed—perfect for reminding your aging dad, forgetful teenagers, or your vendor.
Add notes to your deadline, e.g., for #family, and filter by the tag on your dashboard. This flexible and simple system allows you to categorize your reminders however you want.
Do you want to see an overall calendar showing when your events might occur? Use the calendar view and click on the badge to go directly to the item.
Get insights on your deadlines. We analyze your reminders and provide you with a list of critical deadlines, such as those that are too close together or that coincide with major holidays. We also provide suggestions for how to optimize your planning.
We understand it’s annoying to log in just to see what’s on your list. You receive a shareable link to bookmark. Simply visit the link to view your reminders. You can keep it for yourself or share it with a loved one—it’s up to you. You can even change that link whenever you want in your account. In this mode, we don’t display anything else, and no one can edit any information.
Every email you forward becomes an instant reminder with zero effort. We extract the important dates, create the reminders, and add relevant links automatically. Your cruise confirmations, flight bookings, and event tickets are processed instantly. Paid plans get a private forwarding address and confirmation emails.
Every reminder comes with an automatic, custom checklist and, when applicable, internet links for reference. Print it out and plan. In select plans, we will also include a Google Meet link if you want to hop on a quick call with others.
We get it. Some of us just want to be reminded and once we get it done, we don’t want to have to come back to the website, click on completed and all that. You can turn on autosweep on your account, and we’ll automatically move all expired items 2 weeks past their expiry date to a special bucket. You can then go to your ‘Auto Sweep’ dashboard and see them there at your convenience and tick them off. Or not. Either way, it keeps your main dashboard clutter free.
